1. Who you're dealing with
"Aliiss", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Aliiss perfume house. "You" means whoever is using this site or placing an order.

2. What this site is
aliiss.com is our direct-to-consumer storefront. We sell extrait-strength perfume to adults in India. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By checking out, you represent that you are.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens only when we email you order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if stock runs out, if the shipping address is suspicious, or if pricing is clearly wrong. If your payment has already been taken we'll refund it in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and UPI. We do not store card or bank credentials on our servers. For Bank Transfer and UPI, please use your order number as the payment reference — orders ship only after payment is reconciled.
6. Shipping
We ship across India. Dispatch typically happens within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and the destination — you'll receive tracking details by email when the parcel leaves us.
Perfume is a flammable liquid and can only travel by road, not air. International shipping is not yet offered.
7. Returns
See our full Returns & refunds policy. In short: damaged or leaked on arrival gets replaced within 7 days; otherwise fragrance is final sale.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, the Aliiss name, the mark, product names — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or otherwise compromise the site.
- Do not use the site to resell Aliiss products without authorisation.
- Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
10. Accounts
Accounts are created via one-time passcode to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. We may suspend an account that shows signs of fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks.
11. Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA v3, and Google Places — see our Privacy policy for details. Their own terms also apply when you interact with those services.
12. Warranty
We warrant that products are authentic Aliiss, composed to the description on the product page. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that cannot be limited by contract.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, and by Indian consumer law to the extent it applies to your purchase. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved directly over email. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi for Indian customers.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
